Also effective August 1, 2010, please submit a completed and signed Annuity Disclosure Statement (EF-1465-C) with all traditional deferred annuity applications in the state of South Carolina (a separate Disclosure Statement is already in use for index products.) The Buyer's Guide and the Disclosure Statement are now available on RSL's website, www.reliancestandard.com, and the forms are also available on iPipeline, for those who subscribe to that service.
