Qualification Period: July 1- August 31, 2010

TO EARN A QUALIFIED ENTRY: You must submit a minimum of 6 applications during the qualification period that must be issued and paid by October 31, 2010. Once your 6 applications are in, ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE EARNED based on the following annualized premium guidelines:  Life Premium:   Every $1,000 in annualized premium equals one prize entry Flex Annuity Premium: Every $2,000 in annualized premium equals one prize entry Transfer/Rollover/Single Premium: Every $100K equals one prize entry   One winner will be chosen the first week in November from a random drawing of qualified entries.

Winners may be disqualified if submitted business is declined or withdrawn or otherwise not issued and paid. Controlled business, such as business that includes an agent’s company employees, or immediate family will not be included. You must be an active agent in good standing with IAP/IA American according to the contract at the time of the prize redemption.
