Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure Now Included
EquiTrust has updated the application for all life insurance products to include additional disclosure language related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The updated applications are now available on the EquiTrust Agent Website and through the AppBuilder program.
You may begin using the revised application immediately; older versions may not be used after April 10, 2015.
The new disclosure language has been added to page 6 "Copy for Insured's Files," which is to be left with the applicants for their files. Please use the most recent version of the Life Insurance Application.
