| | Commission Rate Changes on Juvenile Business Issue Ages 0-17 |
| The commission rates for juvenile business (issue ages 0-17) are changing. Any FG Life-Choice® or FG Life-Elite® applications dated March 23, 2015 and after will receive the new commission rates. This change allows us to continue to write life business in this age group and offer some of the best quality FIUL products for young children. |

| | The commission rate change will apply to those applications dated March 23, 2015 and thereafter. To receive the current commission rates on Juvenile Business for Issue Ages 0-17, FG Life-Choice and FG Life-Elite applications must be dated prior to March 23, 2015, and be received in our Service Center by Monday, March 30, 2015. Any FG Life-Choice and FG Life-Elite application that is dated prior to March 23, 2015 but received after March 30, 2015, will be paid at the new commission rate. |
