*CONTEST RULES AND DISCLAIMER: AWT applications must be submitted and received between September 15, 2012 and November 15th 2012 and be paid for by January 15th, 2013. Paid for total must be at least $50,000. Qualified producers must take trip by December 31st, 2013. Producer will give Oxford Life Insurance Company® 30 day advance notice for intended stay. Producer may choose to stay at the New York, New York, Paris or Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. Hotel reservations and travel arrangements will be made by and paid for by Oxford Life Insurance Company. Oxford Life® will try to accommodate your choice of hotel and flights but reserves the right to change the hotel based on availability and cost. No cash remuneration will be paid in lieu of the trip. Oxford Life will pay for Hotel and Airfare only. Miscellaneous expenses will be paid for by the producer. Trip qualifies producer and guest only. Producer may qualify for only one trip and must be in good standing with Oxford Life at the time of the trip. Split policies will be credited as such and eligibility occurs after the policy has completed the 30-day free look period. Producer will receive a 1099 for the value of the trip. Interpretation of the rules is at the sole discretion of Oxford Life Insurance Company. Oxford Life reserves the right to change, cancel or otherwise modify this contest at any time. |
