MasterDex 10 Plus Annuity discontinued in Florida To proactively address recent comments from the Florida Department of Insurance, we will be discontinuing sales of Allianz MasterDex 10 PlusSM fixed index annuity in Florida, effective January 20, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Central time. Applications must be received in the Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz) home office on or before Friday, January 20, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Central time. Any pending applications received on or before Friday, January 20, will be issued as applied for. Please note: No other products in the state of Florida are impacted.
