Form 4467, which this form replaces will not be accepted or available after March 1, 2011. For states that have not yet adopted the revised annuity suitability model regulation, you may instead submit forms 4466 (annuity suitability) and 4439 (patriot act).  Suitability Training is Coming to More States The following states now or will require company specific Annuity Suitability Training due to adoption of the model regulation. It is important not to wait until the deadline to obtain this required training from American National. This training can be found on our website. Iowa  1/1/2011 D.C.  6/24/2011 Colorado  4/1/2011 Ohio  7/1/2011 Wisconsin  5/1/2011 Oregon  7/1/2011 Rhode Island  6/1/2011    LifeQuotes Criteria Effective March 1, 2011 we are changing our LifeQuotes criteria to a minimum face amount of $500,000 or $5,000 in target premium. This is only for quotes less than 10 pages. Groups with multiple quotes and no business placed will be excluded from the program.
