Order tickets with checks received in the Home Office by end of business day Friday, October 11 will be processed with the previous rate. Transfers and rollovers received by October 11 must have funds in the Home Office by Friday, November 8 to receive the previous rate. Fixed-Indexed Annuity Rate Decreases Effective November 7   Rates are decreasing for the following fixed-indexed annuities effective November 7, 2013.
