Interest Rate Notice:   Effective March 1, 2013, new business interest rates for Annuity Care® II will be increasing as follows: LTC Accumulated Value (LTCAV): 1.70% Accumulated Value (AV): 1.35% These higher new business interest rates will be effective on policies issued with effective dates of March 1, 2013 and after.
