Effective immediately, the Annual Point to Point and Annual Monthly Average Participation Rate index strategies are no longer available for Keystone Index contracts issued in New Jersey. Keystone Index applications not yet issued with an allocation to either of the participation rate strategies (Annual Point to Point or Annual Monthly Average) will not be issued and will require that all premiums be allocated to either of the cap strategies or the fixed interest rate strategy. We have updated our Disclosure Statements and other promotional materials to reflect the change.
