Important TransNavigatorSM IUL Update: Adjustments to Maximum Illustrated Rate
Effective Oct. 10, 2014, Transamerica will be reducing the maximum illustrated rate on the TransNavigatorSM Index Universal Life (IUL) product to 10%. This adjustment will be reflected in the TransWare® illustration software and WinFlex. Please note that the Caps on the Index Accounts are not changing at this time. Moving forward, please use the updated marketing materials below and discontinue use of the previous versions. Now Available on WinFlex: TransNavigatorSM IUL
Effective immediately, TransNavigator IUL can now be illustrated on the WinFlex platform.

COMPLIANCE AMB 3952 - General Agent's Duty to Inform Transamerica of Adverse Events All producers and agents have a continuing duty to inform Transamerica of events that occur after appointment that would change the answers to background questions in the appointment application. Agency Managers' Bulletin 3952 provides you with a guide to professional conduct as well as examples of events that would need to be reported to Transamerica. Click here to view the AMB, or go to "Sales Tools," then select the "Agency Managers' and Compliance Bulletins" link (under Resources) and check "View All."
OPERATIONS Final Expense New Business Call Center Closure The New Business Call Center supporting Final Expense business will close at 3:15 p.m. CT, Friday, Oct.10 for a department-sponsored employee event. System access via TransACT will be available to obtain a policy's status. Final Expense policy phone coverage will resume Monday, Oct. 13. Brokerage New Business, Commissions and Inforce Contact Center Closures
The Brokerage New Business Call Center, Commissions and the Inforce Policy Contact Center phone lines will not open until 11 a.m. CT on Tuesday, Oct. 14 (rather than the 8 a.m. regular start time) for a company-sponsored employee event. System access via TransACT to obtain information on policies will still be available. Regular phone and email coverage will resume at 11 a.m. CT.
