Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company's ("Athene Annuity (DE)") version of ATHENE Benefit 10SM application deadlines extended in AK, MA, MO and VT As an update to our previous communication sent in late September, sales of the "current" ATHENE Benefit 10 in AK, MA, MO and VT will now be discontinued on November 10, 2014. Application deadlines extended   To be accepted for processing, ATHENE Benefit 10 applications from any of the states listed above must be signed and dated no later than November 9, 2014, and received in good order in our service center by November 14, 2014.   Applications may be submitted by overnight mail to the following address: Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company 6425 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 300 Atlanta, GA 30339 ATHENE Benefit 10 is currently sold in 13 states by agents contracted with Athene Annuity (DE), Wilmington, DE. This product is being retired in conjunction with availability of the "new" Athene Benefit 10 issued by Athene Annuity and Life Company, West Des Moines, IA.
