Rate Hold: Rates will be held for 60 days from the date the application and supporting documents are received at EquiTrust. Funds received after 60 days will receive the rate in effect when the funds are received. Faxed good-order applications will be accepted for purposes of a rate hold on or before end of business day on 10/30/14.
