only to policies issued on or after 9/7/16. The account is not available to
in-force policies.
• Revised Disclosure Statement – The revised Disclosure Statements for both
WealthMax and WealthPay are dated 08-16. Disclosure Statements dated
prior to the 08-16 update will be accepted until 10/7/16 if the 1-Year Point-
to-Point Paricipation Account is not selected.
