Effective tomorrow, 1/21, to better streamline the underwriting process, all telephone interviews for EquiTrust-life product sales will be conducted on behalf of EquiTrust by
Elite Sales Processing (ESP) Phone Number: 855-699-3045
Please help spread the word of this change as you support agents with their Life sales. A similar E-Connect will be sent shortly to all contracted Life agents. Also, a postcard will be mailed to recent Life producers.
After today, Mid-America Agency Services (MAAS) will not be available to conduct interviews. The MAAS phone number will be inactive and will feature a recorded message providing details about the new service.
Revised Application Packets
Tomorrow, all application packets printed from the website will include a revised Quick Selling Guide, which provides ESP contact information and hours of service. If you have already printed app packets and wish to replace the Quick Selling Guides, links are provided here:
