The new version of RSL's Suitability Analysis & Customer Identification Form is now available on our website, as well as on iPipeline for those who subscribe to that service. You may also download the current version of the form by clicking here (link will remain active for 30 days.) RSL will accept the previous version of the suitability form, EF-1480-H, until September 15, 2012 to give producers ample time to transition to the new version. Lastly, please keep in mind that the revised suitability form contains RSL's new logo. For the sake of consistency, we encourage agents to download an application packet for their respective state, as all sales material has been updated with the new logo.
