Legacy Care® sales suspended in Washington state Due to the current interest rate environment, Legacy Care sales in Washington will be suspended effective October 7.   State Life will continue to monitor the situation and plans to resume Legacy Care sales when  conditions allow.   All applications and premium (including 1035 exchanges) must be received in the home office no later than Friday, October 7.
